How to subscribe for share in the rights issue
The subscription rights have been registered on eligible shareholder's account in the VPS. Subscriptions for new shares must be made by submitting a correctly completed subscription form to Swedbank First Securities during the subscription period by mail or fax; fax number +47 23 23 80 11. Please note that electronic subscription via the internet is only permitted for Norwegian residents. Institutional investors, companies and investors domiciled in other countries than Norway must submit subscriptions using the subscription form.
Existing shareholders will receive letter with information about the number of subscription rights allocated to the shareholder and certain other matters relating to the rights issue.
If you would like to purchase or sell subscription rights please note that the trading period for subscription rights ends 18 January 2012 at 17:30 (CET), three days prior to the end of the subscription period.
The payment date for the new shares is on or about 27 January 2012. The new shares will be delivered through the facilities of the VPS. Trading in the new shares on Oslo Børs is expected to commence on or about 3 February 2012.
