Nordic Mining has economic interest in four concessions named Los Santos, Los Santos, and Canicapa and Celen. The concessions are located in the Southern part of Ecuador in the Porto Velho mining district, El Oro province, 35 km southeast of Machala. The Los Santos concessions are held by Nordic Mining’s Ecuadorian domiciled company, Mesaloma. The concessions for Canicapa and Celen are pursuant to an agreement between Nordic Mining and IMC, held by IMC or its subsidiaries. The Company has economic interests in the concessions.
